HR & Administration Manager

LOCATION:
Middle East (Abu Dhabi/Qatar)
MAINPURPOSE:REPORTS TO:
Regional Manager, ME and functionally to Global HR Manager
The HR & Administration Manager shall manage the Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Egypt and Baku offices from an HR perspective. The successful candidate will provide HR advice and support within a Generalist role, throughout the employee life cycle, in order to drive an active and collaborative culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of recruitment process in accordance with company policy Oversee and manage annual appraisal system Conduct onboarding and HR orientation for new joiners including application of visa, sourcing IT equipment etc Implementation and maintenance of competency and training matrices whilst ensuring personnel training is up to date Manage and assist to update HR portal for ERP system (NetSuite) Updating organisation Charts and government survey completion and tenders where needed Application and issuance of work permits/visas as necessary Support Operations in conjunction with the Country Manager(s) where necessary Coordinate payroll cycles with dedicated accounting partners Maintain high service delivery standards across all areas of HR, engaging actively with the global HR team to ensure best practices Proactively seeking out best practice and compliance initiatives Review and maintain employee benefits Review employee contracts
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
HR experience within ME and knowledge of local employment laws and best practice for the regions Experience in a global organisation Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within Human Resources, including recruitment General knowledge of Office Administration with ERP familiarization and IT systems Payroll experience Acquainted in Legislation and Standards for the area of responsibility.
