Position Overview
As a BIM Manager at Hill International, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for our construction projects.
You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the BIM process simultaneously.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and standards
Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM project goals and objectives
Create and manage BIM models and data sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve conflicts in the BIM model
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes
Maintain and update BIM project documentation and standards
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in BIM technology and processes
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to promote the benefits of BIM and gain their support for its implementation

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM coordination and management
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in construction project management is a plus
