Mechanical Field Service Engineer

Job DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities: Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products Interface with relevant depts. To obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated. Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer. Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products. Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products. Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
