Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Control Department, overseeing cost and schedule control functions.
Develop and implement project control systems, procedures, and tools.
Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Direct cost engineering, estimating, planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and talent development within the department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 17 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large-scale projects.
Proven leadership in managing project controls on complex, high-value projects.
Expertise in cost engineering, estimating, planning, scheduling, and analysis.
Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction processes.
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project control systems and criteria.
Experience in continuous improvement and talent development initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
International experience required; preference for candidates with KSA experience.
