In this role you will be responsible for executing service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelinesYour responsibilitiesDelivering high quality service in compliance with service proceduresIdentifying and attending system and user problems arising from customers within short noticeBuilding up the strong relationship with customer, identifying and establishing relationships with potential customersUnderstanding customer needs and transforming developing them into business opportunitiesPerforming robotics system preventive or corrective maintenance Providing product training to customer. Collaborating with service sales to support customer on system and product enquiries.Performing sales of preventive or corrective maintenance contract and spare parts to end users.Your backgroundBachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering,Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in automation environmentExperience in customer coordination will be preferred.Understanding of fundamental engineering principles Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-starter, can manage multiple tasks, multiple func-tions and work effectively with minimal supervision.BenefitsRetirement planMore about usABB Robotics & Discrete Automation is a pioneer in robotics, machine automation and digital services, providing innovative solutions for a diverse range of industries, from automotive to electronics to logistics.
