Job Description
Client Relationship Support & Communication
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building professional and responsive relationships.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, managing expectations, and addressing inquiries promptly.
Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, including status updates, creative presentations, and strategic discussions.
Ensure clear and consistent communication flows between the client and internal agency teams.
Proactively identify and escalate potential client issues or opportunities to the Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
Project & Campaign Coordination
Manage the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met.
Coordinate internal agency resources (Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Digital) to ensure projects are moving forward efficiently.
Facilitate the briefing process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered from the client and accurately communicated to internal teams.
Oversee the routing of creative assets for client review and approval, managing feedback and revisions effectively.
Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client expectations.
Strategic Support & Agency Contribution
Develop a foundational understanding of the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives.
Assist in preparing strategic documents, presentations, and proposals for client reviews.
Contribute to internal brainstorms and strategic planning sessions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising technologies.
Actively participate in agency initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within an advertising agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the advertising campaign lifecycle from brief to execution.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and advertising concepts.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Saudi National preferred.
