Telesales Team Lead

As a Telesales Team Lead at Softversum, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies, implementing sales tactics, and motivating your team to exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support sales initiatives.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
