Job Summary
NVSSoft, a regional leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to lead sales efforts for ECM, workflow automation, and digital transformation platforms across the Gulf region, with a strong focus on government entities and large enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business development instincts, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, especially in the government and large enterprise sectors
Map key accounts and develop a relationship strategy to reach decision-makers (C-level, IT, procurement)
Understand client goals and position solutions that solve real operational pain points
Account Management & Strategic Partnership
Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts
Act as a trusted advisor and liaise with stakeholders to maintain long-term relationships
Ensure post-sale satisfaction and long-term solution adoption
Sales Execution
Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure
Coordinate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos
Manage complex opportunities, including RFP/RFQ processes and public sector frameworks
Pipeline & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to influence GTM strategy
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including ECM, DMS, automation, or enterprise solutions
Proven record of exceeding sales targets in public or enterprise sectors
Strong knowledge of government procurement and compliance
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long-cycle consultative sales
Understanding of smart government, digital transformation, and national tech strategies in GCC
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
