BUSINESS INTRODUCTION

Role Purpose:


SuccessFactors Consultant works on new modules / functions implementation activities (business requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and end user training), applying system enhancements, working closely with the external SAP/SF partners in any future implementations and supporting HCDX team members in resolving high complexity tickets.


Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


• Implementing new SF modules / functions to fulfil business needs.


• Applying on going enhancements on the current SF implemented modules, according to SAP new releases / best practices and business needs.


• Working closely with the external SAP/SF partners in any future implementations.


• Providing support for HCDX team members in resolving high complexity tickets.


• Conducting training sessions and creating system user guides for the new implemented modules / functions.


• Providing ongoing support to admin users for ensuring effective utilization of SuccessFactors implemented modules.


• Creating / Updating SF Role Based Permissions according to the business needs ensuring compliance in permission levels across the organization.


• Conducting periodical system audits and share the outcome with the business for decision making on all data cleansing exercises.


• Providing system mass uploads for SF functional areas, when needed, to reduce time and effort spent by the end users and increase efficiency.


• Designing and enhancing SF reports for fulfilling all business reporting requirements.


Functional/Technical Competencies:


• Excellent knowledge in the relevant SuccessFactors module.


• Excellent willingness to learn and develop more knowledge.


• Excellent in using online search tools / engines.


• Analytical ability to link business and technical work streams.


• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and integration protocols.


Personal Characteristics and Required Background:


• Excellent willingness to learn and develop more knowledge.

Minimum experience


• Minimum of 3 implementations for the relevant SF module.


• Minimum of 3 customer support for the relevant SF module.


Minimum Qualifications/education


• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Information Technology or other relevant fields.


• SAP / SuccessFactors certificate for the relevant SF module is a must.
