BI & Data Senior Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE

BI and Data Senior Manager play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across MAGRABi by developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy.

1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or any relevant field.
• Deep understanding of BI tools and technologies, including SAP Datasphere, SAP SAC, SAP BO & BW, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and ETL tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven expertise in Data Interpretation of complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that empower business users.

Experience:

• 10-13 years of experience in BI and data management, with a proven track record of success.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, data cleansing, and data visualization techniques.

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a strategic data roadmap to align BI initiatives with overall business goals.
• Oversee the entire BI lifecycle, including data acquisition, transformation, integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Coach and mentor Data and BI team to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Identify and implement new BI technologies and tools to improve data management and analysis capabilities.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of BI initiatives.
• Communicate complex data insights and trends to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in BI and data analytics.
