Job Description
Objective:Providing technical support and assistance to end-users who are experiencing issues with their computer hardware, software, or other IT-related problems.What you'll do!
- Installing and configuring
computer hardware operating systems, applications, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshooting system and network
problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Troubleshooting and
resolving basic network and server access problems for end-users
- Performing software and
basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution
- Following company policy
and working on all requests sent from the business units
- Installation,
configuration, and maintenance of (Windows servers, Backup, Mail admin,
Firewalls) system network components
- Improving LAN and WAN network
environment including routers, firewalls, Internet access, and software
applications
- Configuring software
applications and operating systems, ensuring compatibility and compliance with
company standards
What you should have!
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field
- 4 to 6 years’ experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Technical knowledge of computers hardware, software, and operating systems
- Proficiency with the help desk
- Proficiency in IT service management principles and practices
- Windows & Linux admin hard-working and knowledgeable
- CCNA, RHCSA, Network, Windows Administration
