Job Description

Objective:Providing technical support and assistance to end-users who are experiencing issues with their computer hardware, software, or other IT-related problems.What you'll do!


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications, and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic network and server access problems for end-users
  • Performing software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution
  • Following company policy and working on all requests sent from the business units
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of (Windows servers, Backup, Mail admin, Firewalls) system network components
  • Improving LAN and WAN network environment including routers, firewalls, Internet access, and software applications
  • Configuring software applications and operating systems, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards

What you should have!



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Technical knowledge of computers hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Proficiency with the help desk
  • Proficiency in IT service management principles and practices
  • Windows & Linux admin hard-working and knowledgeable
  • CCNA, RHCSA, Network, Windows Administration
