Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Transcreation Account Manager to oversee projects for our clients based in Saudi Arabia, specifically focusing on urban developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transcreation process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience while maintaining brand consistency. As the main point of contact for our Saudi Arabia clients, you will need to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions within the urban development sector. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients, and a strong understanding of cultural nuances and language preferences in the Saudi Arabian market is required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a language service provider, with a focus on transcreation and client management. Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external resources are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, flexibility to work Thursday to Sunday to support our client's schedule is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage transcreation projects for clients based in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on urban developments, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the target audience. Act as the main point of contact for Saudi Arabia clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in the urban development sector. Utilize transcreation expertise to adapt content effectively across different cultural contexts in urban development projects while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects. Provide strategic guidance on transcreation best practices and industry trends to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience working for a language service provider, with a focus on transcreation and client management. Fluency in Arabic is essential to effectively communicate with Saudi Arabia clients. Strong understanding of cultural nuances and language preferences in the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in urban development contexts. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Availability to work Thursday to Sunday to support the client based in Saudi Arabia.
