System Support Analyst

Technical Expertise: Depending on the industry, this could range from specific software knowledge, understanding of manufacturing technologies, to expertise in network and system administration.This role is to manage and provide technical and business support for various production application systems in the Bank, ensure timely deliverables of assigned IT Change Request within the department. It requires a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and often an understanding of the principles of IT systems, depending on the specific focus of the job, and understanding business requirements.Resource will be responsible for smooth function of various internal applications like CRM, ATM/CCDM, etc. and ensure the availability of applications and customer services in production environment on 24x7 basis.
