Role Overview
The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel contracting department, ensuring timely execution of agreements, rate accuracy, and database maintenance.
This role requires a strong understanding of travel operations, rate structures, and supplier communication.
Tasks
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and updating of hotel contracts and rate sheets
Maintain and update the internal system with accurate hotel data, rates, and terms
Liaise with hotel partners to follow up on contracts, allotments, and seasonal promotions
Support the contracting manager in compiling destination and rate comparisons
Prepare regular performance and rate competitiveness reports
Coordinate internally with reservations, operations, and accounts teams
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hotel contracting or travel product support
Strong knowledge of outbound travel markets, especially Middle East and Asia
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract formatting
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines
Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
Experience using travel systems or contracting platforms is preferred
