About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the team of Pierchic, our award-winning restaurant, located in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Operational: Hands on operator that lives and leads the perfect guest experienceMonitor staffing levels and the competence of colleagues.Conduct performance evaluations, training sessions, and provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to colleagues.Contribute to the implementation of marketing activities to achieve desired outcomes.Assist the Outlet Manager in analyzing results of quality assessments and take necessary actions to address any issues promptly.Conduct regular briefings and meetings to ensure colleagues are well-informed to perform their duties.Assist GREs in maximizing tab/sent through proper seating philosophy and reservations management. Administrational: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to execute the F&B marketing plan as needed.Consistenly maintain updated hard copies of department SOPs.Assist in managing department forms and records according to JI standards for Document Control, encompassing various aspects such as: Colleague attendance dataColleague recordsDaily Briefing SheetsCleaning Schedules/ChecklistsP&L analysisBudgetary reportsTelephone Test Call ResultsCSI & Customer FeedbackMaintenance of records related to education, training, skills, and experience. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, Italian, Spanish, German, or French) is required for this role.At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a fine dining restaurant, preferably Italian or Mediterranean.High working proficiency with Microsoft Programs, Micros PMS, SevenRooms and etc. About the Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
