Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ALBA CARS.Located in the heart of Dubai, ALBA CARS is a leading used car dealership known for its extensive inventory of high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.Location Requirement:This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferencesPresent and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling mannerMaintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and promotionsBuild and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat businessMeet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-upCollaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performanceBenefits:Medical insurance as per UAE lawVisa sponsorshipTraining and ongoing supportAdditional benefits subject to applicant qualificationPay:£4,200 – £12,800 per month (basic salary plus commission, based on performance)Qualifications and Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approachHigh level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targetsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsA passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferredMultilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plusWork Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive salesExperience in the UAE car market is an added advantageApplication Procedure:If you're passionate about cars and ready to accelerate your sales career with one of Dubai’s most reputable dealerships, we’d love to hear from you.
