BARISTAOur client, a family of unique food concepts that are built on sustainability and delicate culinaryexcellence who operate premium international brands including FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar,Novikov, and more, apart from amazing local brands well known for their authenticity and originalKuwaiti taste, is looking for an skilled and experience Barista to join their team.He/She will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages toour guests and will be expected to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean andorganized work environment. Additionally, he/she will be required to work closely with othermembers of the team to ensure that guests receive the best possible dining experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our guests.Following recipes and ensuring that beverages are prepared correctly.Ensuring that the coffee station is clean, organized, and well-stocked.Providing exceptional service to our guests and anticipating their needs.Always maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour.Collaborating with other team members to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience as a Barista in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.Strong knowledge of coffee and other beverages.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
