Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Arrival Expert (Doorman) at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Guest Arrival Expert will be responsible for greeting guests at the entrance, assisting with luggage, ensuring the entryway is well-maintained, providing information about the hotel and its services, and coordinating with other staff to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
The role also involves ensuring the safety and security of the guests, maintaining a professional demeanor, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
