You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.FX Dealing SupportLocation: Ebury - Dubai - Office-basedThe role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small but exciting team, and gain a greater understanding of FX dealing.RoleIn the dealing support role you will have responsibility for managing, maintaining, and assisting our portfolio of clients, offering an optimum level of service.ResponsibilitiesService a portfolio of clients through a range of different products, including FX hedging & cash management.Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg.Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email with the dealing team.Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Experience (essential And Desired)Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the FX industry beneficialInterest and knowledge of the Financial marketsFluent in EnglishDegree level education, ideally in economics, business studies or finance, preferredStrong mathematical understandingAbility to work under pressure while working accurately and efficientlyFast learner with a high level of attention to detailPossess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone manner\About UsEbury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.Founded in 2009, we are headquartered in London and have more than 1700 staff with a presence in more than 29 markets worldwide.
