We are seeking a highly motivated and curious early career professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the development of advanced dashboards that enhance operational technology (OT) visibility across power systems.
This role involves working closely with data sourced from Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, and other OT platforms to extract, transform, and visualize key operational insights.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of energy systems, data analytics, and real-time control center operations.
Assist in preparing reports and visual summaries for internal stakeholders and utility clients
Participate in team workshops and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Basic understanding of electrical grid operations, SCADA, or EMS concepts (coursework or project experience acceptable)
Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge in data processing and visualization
Hands-on experience with one or more data tools such as Explore BI, Apache Superset, Python
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn OT systems and how data drives real-time energy decision-making
