KONE has several strategic positions to support its Global and Local “Sustainable Winning with Customers” strategy and the Spare Parts Specialist role in our Distributor Business is one of these positions. This position will support KONE Distributor Business in achieving their Strategic Targets and Ways to Win while further driving operational excellence in order management processes.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader – Order Management, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Spare Parts Specialist to be based in our Dubai office. The Spare Parts Specialist is the expert on equipment in service types and matching spares. S/he plays a vital role in material identification, availability check, material identification, material requisition processing, material reservation, and stock transfer.
You will be accountable for understanding equipment in service types and their spare part needs. Provide updated spare part data for the new offering extension. Support key customer sites’ spare part planning in terms of identifying critical spares. Be the subject expert to KONE Distributors with the identification of material needed. Identifying the best source of supply for urgent material requests. Material identification for planned service repairs. Responsible for the tendering process if the components are not available in the price list. Responsible for reviewing the order and accordingly the Spare parts Ordering process. Preparing the Sales invoice for Distributors and following through on the Sales closing process. Responsible for coordinating the shipment with GSS and Distributors. Responsible for preparing the Shipping Documents. Prepare the monthly and quarterly Sales Forecasting.
Minimum 4 years working experience. Ability to plan and comprehend spare part tracking and deal with requests effectively. SAP ERP system and functionality knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Previous working experience in relevant fields is an asset.
