POSITION OVERVIEW


The Services Regional Sales Account Manager with (MMEA/ KSA) plays a main role in driving strategic solutions selling addressing large opportunities that characterized by a combination of business and technical challenges related to the tactical direction of customers. The Service Regional Sales Account Manager will be the trusted advisor of Trend Micro as you articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to customers.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to promote Trend Micro’s managed services solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of service proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene within sales tools and systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competition.
  • Participate in conferences, shows, and other marketing events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to identify new service opportunities and provide feedback from the field.
  • Participate in operational and business critical projects through the scoping, planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Continually refine and enhance processes based on self-evaluation and managerial feedback.
  • Collaborate and partner closely with your aligned Account Executives and other departments.
  • Maintain active and good relationship with regional managed services partners.

EXPERIENCE


  • The ideal candidate must possess; The ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task and work multiple projects simultaneously.


  • The willingness to learn and constantly be learning new technologies while working in a fast-changing environment is a must, and having excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written and presentation) is mandatory.


  • 5+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales role within the field of cybersecurity products and services.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or computer science.


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity managed services field.


  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and ability to navigate cultural and business practices.


  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.


  • Solid experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.


  • Ability to travel as needed.
