In this role, you will

The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible to acquire Quality Premier customers and cross sell relevant products to them at time of account onboarding.

He/She is required to achieve targets in line with the IWPB strategy through a need based selling approach (EDRAS) acquisition of quality business & good customer service.

The job holder will have to focus on building a new sourcing model for Quality New to Bank Premium customers.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible to achieve assigned targets of new-to-bank Premier customers.
Meet group standards of Customer service, Compliance and technical knowledge through ongoing training and accreditation
Work closely to drive additional value for the channels
While the focus will be on Premier acquisition, Borrowing & revolving Products, the RM will also collaborate to ensure other proposition accounts are shared with the EBS Channels.
Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives.
Support other cross line businesses within the IWPB world such as Mortgage, Wealth & HSBC Expats.
Requirements

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

Knowledge / Experience
Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
A full understanding of the IWPB products (propositions) and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
Proven experience selling to and working with high net worth individuals
Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions
Strong understanding of HSBC Group, including cross business awareness
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good team player
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them
