Job Description



Job title: Modality Sales Specialist (Clinical Integration & Insights)



Accelerate the growth of Clinical Integration & Insights ( Capsule) Businesses by promoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensure successful launch of new products/solutions in META.

Your role:



• Develops sustainable flow business channels for medical Device Integration & Interoperability businesses in META thru applying special focus on Public, Military and Private Healthcare sectors.
• Provides technical expertise through Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of CI&I portfolio.
• Builds strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals & Healthcare Informatic Experts in Intensive Care, Operating Rooms, Recovery, Emergency, Cardiology and Maternity Departments in Public and Private Healthcare Institutions.
• Develops and drives credibility and long-term relationship with customers and Business Partners, provide the required support to their local sales team to achieve their set financial targets.
• Educates and trains distributor sales force according to the company rules and standards. Plans frequent meetings with local partners and their market sales force.
• Supports existing customers and CI& I installed base in META and provides the required support to our end-customers to ensure their full satisfaction.
• Outpaces competition in META, targets their accounts heavily, monitors their activities and supplies complete market intelligence (incl. customer database) in order to analyze market dynamics.
• Plans and organizes workshops in the scope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologies and advanced features and participate in local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to Medical Device Integration & Interoperability businesses.

You're the right fit if:



1.

5+ years of relevant experience in health-tech business,



2. Great team player, proactive approach, customer focus and patient safety engagement, strong influencing and negotiation skills
3. Proven ability to work effectively within a team -selling environment,
4.Bachelor’s Degree,
5. Fluency in English, additional Arabic would be a preference,
6. Willing and able to travel within the META Zone around 40% of the time.
