JOB PURPOSE

For this role, we are seeking a passionate SC DCOM specialist who would lead Gulf countries customer-facing operations and programs, direct-to-consumer operations, and order processing with the support of CG partners.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


  • Customer orders fulfilment.


  • D2C (direct-to-consumer) E2E operations and optimization.


  • Build the right stock model to achieve OLA targets for D2C, Pureplay, and Q-commerce.


  • CCFOT and OLA (online availability) monitor and control.


  • D2C OTIF.


  • Achieve customer satisfaction via the Kaizen workshop programs.


  • Expand the customer joint forecasting program across Gulf.


  • Keep global connections for collecting best practices and sharing knowledge.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


Experiences & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, supply chain, or any other related field.


  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in supply chain.


  • Excellent SAP and Excel.


  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
