BI & Data Senior Manager

JOB PURPOSE BI and Data Senior Manager play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across MAGRABi by developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ Qualifications And Education Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or any relevant field. Deep understanding of BI tools and technologies, including SAP Datasphere, SAP SAC, SAP BO & BW, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and ETL tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven expertise in Data Interpretation of complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that empower business users. Experience 10-13 years of experience in BI and data management, with a proven track record of success. Retail industry experience is a plus. Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, data cleansing, and data visualization techniques. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a strategic data roadmap to align BI initiatives with overall business goals. Oversee the entire BI lifecycle, including data acquisition, transformation, integration, analysis, and reporting. Coach and mentor Data and BI team to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting. Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Identify and implement new BI technologies and tools to improve data management and analysis capabilities. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of BI initiatives. Communicate complex data insights and trends to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in BI and data analytics.
