The Role
This role focuses on building our presence in Saudi Arabia, one of our most important new markets.
Reporting to the Sales Director UAE, you will be responsible for developing relationships with senior executives in KSA and winning new clients that shape our long-term success in the region.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
Engage senior stakeholders and decision makers, understanding their priorities and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Navigate the nuances of the Saudi market, building long term trust and partnerships.
Represent Board Intelligence at key events and client meetings in KSA.
Work closely with colleagues across the region and globally to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Provide market insights and feedback to inform our regional and global strategy.
Benefits
Contract & Employment Terms (KSA)
Contract Type & Duration: Fixed-term, renewable up to 3 years.
Working Hours & Overtime: Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, 48 hours per week.
Overtime is compensated at 1.5x.
During Ramadan, working hours are reduced to 6 hours per day.
Leave Entitlements: Employees are entitled to 21 days of annual leave, sick leave, and official public holidays, in line with Saudi Labour Law.
Health Insurance: Private medical insurance is provided for employees and their dependents.
Salary Payment: All salaries are paid via the Wage Protection System (WPS).
Recruitment & Passport Policy: The employer covers all recruitment costs.
Passports are retained only for visa processing and returned immediately.
