In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.All about the role:Supply Planning Manager is responsible for operationally managing the supply chain starting from a consolidated sales plan, over plant specific production plans, supplier communication, inbound logistics, and plant logistics according to sales company’s demand, from order to dispatch. Supply Planning Manager shall be responsible for securing supply chain business analyses, drive complexity reduction and implementation of best-in-class supply chain processes.What you'll do: Delivering performance for Egypt factories. Performing Supply planning according to Standard communication rules. Monitoring Sales forecasts Liaising with Primary Transportation and Production Schedulers across all Egyptian supply units. Adjusting daily production according to demand change (verification of market volatility; communication with call-off; rolling forecast base for procurement dep.) Cooperating with logistics (OTD management, communication, Dispatch plan, old GIT verification, DD management) Summer capacity limitation management - preproduction Anticipating factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions Handling Export and Local markets supply availability Maintaining supply plan accuracy and monitor the day-to-day plan adherenceQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in (Supply Chain /Logistics Management, Production Management). 7 plus years of Experience at least 2-3 years at the same position Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP…) Proficient level on using excel (data analysis, data validation … etc) Strong Logical and analytical thinking and negotiations.
