Come join us :As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions. You will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as needed. You will also support project planning and requirements gathering efforts across projects. This role is typically considered the entry career level for learned professional disciplines or a progression within administrative/technical specialties. What you’ll do: Support translation of business requirements into CRM business solutions Support requirements management efforts, including approval, communication, traceability, and re-use Contribute to transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members Leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies Educate end users on CRM functionality as neededSkills And Experiences Proven experience in IT roles, preferably focused around business analysis, delivery or project management Knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations, especially MS Dynamics OR professional knowledge of Data & AI solutions Some experience consulting with external clients Preferred experience working with global and off-shore project teams Great communication skills English skills at B2 level (we communicate in English on a daily basis)About You UAE National (Emirati) with valid ID. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
