Prestigious Firm Located In Abu Dhabi Is On The Lookout For Strategy And Risk Director.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning process, conducting thorough industry analysis, competitor research, and market assessments.Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic direction for the organization, aligned with our long-term goals.Translate the strategic plan into actionable objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational plans.Communicate the strategy effectively to all levels of the organization, fostering buy-in and alignment.Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across the organization (financial, operational, strategic, reputational).Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring business continuity and protecting the organization's assets.Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organization. Provide strategic leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across the organization. SkillsMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.Strong understanding of strategic planning frameworks, risk management principles, and financial analysis.The ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and make sound decisions under pressure.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.A strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
