About the role

Step into the realm of financial excellence as the Assistant Financial Controller at Reckitt. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business by managing a significant budget and enhancing financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving and shaping the financial landscape of our projects and operations. Your insights will enable strategic decision-making and continuous improvement, vital for the success of our global initiatives. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Craft detailed monthly budget analyses, highlighting variances, and recommending corrective measures to ensure financial optimisation.
- Collaborate with service department leaders to determine fair and strategic pricing for services, contributing to overall financial stability.
- Oversee third-party billing, ensuring accurate and transparent financial transactions in line with the budget.
- Champion the recharge process, ensuring equitable billing practices across various markets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Corporate Controllership and Global Process Owners teams, ensuring the adoption of agreed-upon financial process controls.

- Ability to dissect financial variances and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, fostering team engagement.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to maintain credibility under scrutiny.
- Proficient in project management with exceptional organisational abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Capacity to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate complex financial information.
