Job Description
Administer employee relations programs in order to ensure objectives, KPI’s and SLAs are met. Maintain employee records. Record daily attendance of employees. process all kind of leaves requests as per policy. Maintain and archiving all employees related documents. Develop and continuously improve off-boarding program and enhancement of overall experience Ensure employee handover of all company assets and permits, such as Laptop, Employee ID, gate permits, parking permit, etc
Maintain and update employee’s data in the system. New employees’ files data entry. Ensure accuracy and consistency of all HR data to provide reliable and up to date information to support decision making process.
Handle employee grievances to ensure staff concerns are addressed through proper channels ensuring fair treatment and confidentiality. Handel investigations cases to ensure apply company policy and labor law and record it. Process Management: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes and productivity improvement
Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required
