About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join the Food & Beverage Management department in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are
Provide professional and courteous secretarial and administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the department and team.
Maintain and update databases relevant to the department's activities, ensuring information is coordinated and shared with team members as needed.
Act as a guest liaison during peak hours to personalize and enhance the guest experience.
Track and monitor purchase requisitions, manage store inventory, and ensure adequate supplies are available to support the department's operations.
Handle logistics for business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing necessary materials for team members.
Manage digital platforms or pages relevant to the department's activities, updating information and documents as required.
Establish and maintain an organized filing system for departmental data, including contracts and other important documents.
Coordinate contract management processes, ensuring that signed contracts are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

About You
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
Degree or Diploma in hospitality or F&B Management
Familiarity with Forbes and LQA standards
