You will bring your creativity, collaborative spirit, and extreme attention to detail, and we’ll help you grow, pursue, and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together.Your responsibilities will be as followedOversee the system assurance works performed by the contractor to ensure that the contractors’ system assurance works are completed on time and with highest quality meeting the contractual requirement and other applicable standards and regulationsReview RAMS deliverable to verify that the design works is meeting the customer requirements and adhering to the processes established for the project, Assisting onsite team in meeting the expectation of the client and project management consultant,Lead system assurance progress meetings, participate in project meetings, hazard analysis workshops, project design reviews, safety design reviews and required stage gate reviews where required,Preparation of progress reports and presentations for management status reporting.Here's what you'll needMinimum academic qualification required - Bachelor of EngineeringOverall experience 10 – 15 years out of which at least 05 years of full-time experience in performing RAMS works on a rail transportation systemWorking experience as System Assurance Manager in at least one of the railway projects Experience in performing RAMS analysis and studies for railway projects Experience in the application of systems assurance standards such as EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, IEC 61508 etc. Understanding of the complete life cycle of the railway transportation projects,Functional understanding of the civil works, rail systems and depot.Analytical mindset with excellent verbal & written communication in EnglishExperience/knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility assurance studies and analysis, human factor and fire life safety management, life cycle cost analysis, software management, security managementHands-on experience in system assurance and system engineering software tools such as Isograph Reliability Workbench (RWB), Isograph Availability Workbench (AVSim+), ComplyPro requirement management tool etc. Middle East or other offshore experience will be highly regarded Experience in mainline freight railway, passenger railway or mixed traffic railway projects including railway maintenance facilities Experience in requirement management and configuration managementFrom our inclusive employee networks to our positive mental health champions – we’re committed to driving a culture of caring where you can be you.
