All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.The Purpose Of The RoleResponsible for the design, engineering, validation, programming, site activities for various security systems in accordance with the project specifications and time frame, engineering adopted codes and good engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesStudy and Evaluate Security systems, all technical drawings, documents, products, components, application and any revisions thereon.Verify and prepare all the required design of Security systems (i.e. Compliance Statement, Material Submittal, Schematic diagrams, system architecture, Shop drawings, Installation details, Containment drawings, BOQ, cable schedules, wiring and termination drawings, installation details... etc.).Testing and commissioning activities for security systems on site.Managing customer approvals for all the designed engineering documents and drawings.Control project changes with functional efficient and affordable engineering design.Deeply engaged to validate technical proposals from suppliers providing areas of improvement as a value engineering for saving and increasing marginsManage to establish customer relationships during design workshops and engineering documents/drawings coordination.Documenting the engineering design activities and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders.Preparing project engineering submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals, and other project documentation) as required in line with company and client requirements as well as standards and codes of practices.Maintain knowledge transfer amongst peers upon collected experience/assigned trainings and contribute with technical support as needed.Key Skills & QualificationsDegree in an Engineering discipline; Electrical, Mechatronics or Communications.5-8 years of experience in security systems and Fire Alarm System design (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion, …etc.)Rigid knowledge of VMS, ACS, PAVA, and integration and communication protocols.Remarkable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Rigid experience of handling CAD drawings and ability to analyse technical details of system drawings and schematics, with advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical symbols.Experience of handling AutoCAD and Revit drawings.Experience and understanding of Honeywell products and software is a plus.Ability to travel for short and long time assignments.We ValueKnowledge of the systems development lifecycleIndividuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.Diverse and global teaming and collaborationEffective communicator Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.Ability to adapt dictated by project changesMulti-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
