Supply Planning & Procurement Supervisor

Job SummaryRANIN are seeking a motivated and organized Supply Planning & Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to managing inventory levels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that materials are purchased efficiently and cost-effectively.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply plans to meet production and operational requirementsSource and qualify new suppliersNegotiate and finalize contracts with suppliersManage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materialsMonitor inventory levels and implement procedures to avoid stockouts or overstockingTrack and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures for procurementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)2-5 years of experience in supply planning and procurementStrong understanding of procurement principles and best practicesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (a plus)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBe part of a growing and successful team---Apply through the link
