The ClientThe client is a leading Saudi PIF industrial manufacturing organization.The RoleResponsibilitiesOur client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a GRC Sr. Manager position that reports to the GRC VP and who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Lead the development and execution of enterprise risk management processes, including the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of key risks.Manage corporate compliance activities to ensure conformance with internal policies and external legal or regulatory standards.Support executive leadership and board-level functions with insights and guidance on governance best practices and risk posture.Supervise and develop a team of professionals across the areas of risk, compliance, and internal control.Coordinate closely with internal audit, legal, and assurance stakeholders to drive a cohesive GRC approach.Oversee GRC-related training initiatives to promote awareness, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.Lead or support investigations of critical risk or compliance incidents, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.The CandidateThe client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specializationhaving relevant GRC-related professional certificationshaving strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance structurespreference will be given for Saudi applicantswilling to relocate to Jubail cityhaving 9+ years of relevant experience in GRC, preferably in relevant industriesThe SalaryThe client is offering an attractive tax-free package based on experience and performance in interviews.
