Job Description – Assisting HR Coordinator  
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia  
We seek a dedicated and efficient assistant HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The individual will be vital in providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.  
Reports to: HR Manager Works with HR manager, Recruitment Coordinator, Contractors, and School Operations Teams.  
Key Responsibilities:  
· Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing documents.  
· Oversee and execute procedures for hiring international employees, including handling visa processes, and coordinating with agencies.  
· Schedule and organize travel arrangements, including accommodations, visas, transportation, itineraries, and venues.  
· Support local teams with HR needs and requests, such as housing issues, transportation issues.  
· Supports with visa runs, and travel between locations.  
· Promptly and professionally monitor and respond to emails and inquiries.  
· Maintain, update, and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required.  
· Maintain documentation, records, and data by set policies and procedures, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.  
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily activities.  
· Able to monitor costs, and find ways to be more cost-conscious.  
· Tasked with effective team member onboarding, and relocation.  
· Able to communicate with HR contractors to maintain a high standard of service for EF and team members.  
· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, and present solutions as “finalized” ideas.  
Skills  
· Excellent fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.  
· Proven organizational skills and project management experience.  
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling several projects simultaneously and meeting agreed deadlines.  
· Fast learner who can quickly adapt to changes.  
· Attentive to detail.  
· Outstanding communication skills, with experience in effective cross-cultural communication.  
· Capable of working independently with minimal support, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.  
· Excellent organizational skills.  
· The ability to understand and support the diverse needs of projects across the organization.  
· Basic understanding and experience in invoicing and accounting. ???  
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills being a major plus.  
· Self-Starter, Growth Mindset, and Solution Oriented.  
· Able to take full ownership of tasks and identify what improvements need to be made.  
· Experienced with Saudi and non-Saudi human resource management.  
· Saudi HR government systems experience and Visa/Iqama support experience preferred.  
· High emotional intelligence and ability to communicate calmly and de-escalate situations.  
Qualifications and Requirements:  
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.  
A minimum of 2 years of experience.  
A strong desire to always do better than the day before.  
Benefits: 5000 – 6000 SAR after GOSI fees. 21 Days of paid time off per year.
