Responsibilities


As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Achieving company set objectives.


  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.


  • Institute and manage new sales initiatives.


  • Deliver sales presentations and create sales strategies for this territory.


  • Provide forecasting data and timely submission of required reports


  • Supply competitive information from the field on industry trends and technologies to the Corporate Office and Marketing staff.


  • Provide on time feedback on pipelines, forecasts, Risks and Opportunities


  • Control sales expenses by monitoring travel schedule and sales budget.


Requirements:


  •  Bachelor's degree in engineering.


  • 3 - 5 years experience in sales management, at least 3+ years with an enterprise sales team.


  • In depth experience in access controls and CCTV sales and application engineering.


  • Strong technical knowledge of Products.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.


  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale.


  • Exceptional negotiating and sales management skills.


  • Established knowledge of the A&E community as well as security consulting community.


  • Must be a team player and customer driven individual. This is accomplished by working with new as well as existing channel partners.
