Let’s build awesome software together! ????????‍????????‍????Requirement & Responsibilities:4+ years of experience in a related role.Proficient in Python and experience in web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Frontend experience is a plus. Utilization of cloud platforms such as GCP, Oracle, AWS, or Azure is essential (GCP strongly preferred).Should be well-versed in CI/CD practices, and dockerization, and possess a deep understanding of microservices architecture. The ability to translate business requirements into multiple technical implementation plans is a plus. Exposure to deploying and maintaining models in a production environment.Awareness of data-related issues, and how decisions made can affect data end-usersA collaborative team player, ready and willing to provide guidance andactively mentor junior engineers, facilitating their professional growth and development.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a Master’s degree or higher is a plus.Possessing experience in backend coding. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in discussions across departments and with a non-technical audience. Proficiency in working within a scrum team and familiarity with agile frameworks.Previous direct work with MLOps required. More general Data Science/ML work is a plus. Enthusiasm for the opportunity to collaborate closely with, or adjacent to a Data Science team.Previous exposure to risk, credit, SME lending, fintech, or other lending institutions is a notable advantage.
