Quality Assurance Specialist_VOIS

Role Purpose: Conduct and lead ISO9001:2015 internal audits in VBTS and affiliated _VOIS centres Formulate and write audit reports for internal audits conducted which includes strengths, non-conformities (classified into major and minor) and opportunities for improvement Report internal audit findings to VBTS and _VOIS senior management Build and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) which is compliant to the ISO9001:2015 Standard in VBTS and _VOIS locations Plan and work towards the attainment of the ISO9001:2015 certification to VBTS and _VOIS by external accredited body LRQA UK according to the VBTS strategy Discuss audit non-conformities and findings with LRQA which requires advanced professional communication skills and excellent knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 requirements Setup audit action plans to support the audited teams in closing all audit findings Create and maintain a robust Risk Framework to ensure Global VBTS Customer Operations Risks are addressed through closure, mitigation, or acceptance Report on the Customer Operations Risk Framework to senior management and seek their support in addressing open Risks Monitor, liaise and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders and senior management teams in VBTS and _VOIS locations to ensure they are working against the ISO9001:2015 requirements. This requires setting up constant conference calls, virtual meetings and organising business trips to the various VBTS and _VOIS locations Work closely with the VBTS and _VOIS Quality Manager to integrate and certify ISO9001:2015 across VBTS and _VOIS and to build a solid Customer Operations Risk Framework Coordinate one-to-one monthly follow-ups with Business Improvement Guild champions Drive a QC model to measure the Global VBTS customer operations performance Utilize Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, Kanban, etc.) to improve Global VBTS customer operations performance Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications: Must be a fluent English speaker Certified ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Previous experience in Quality Assurance / Control Familiar with ITIL, ISO, Risk Management, CSI#_VOIS#WeMoveTheWorld#MoveWithUs
