Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage all project documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Maintain an organized and efficient document control system
Receive, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents
Monitor and track document revisions and ensure proper version control
Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely submission of documents
Prepare document transmittals and maintain accurate records of all project documents
Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Provide support to project managers and other team members as required

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in document control, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure and road work
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
Familiarity with DC systems such as ACONEX, SAP, EDMS
Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of document control procedures and standards
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
UAE driving license is a plus
