Proficiency in JDA, SAP, Excel.

S&OP and business environment understanding.
Stakeholder management, performance management, scenario and exception-based planning.

Has business acumen: Having some knowledge of the PEP/FMCG - This would be important as they would likely need to follow up with stakeholders & analyze their responses.
