We are looking for a Digital Supply Chain – eCommerce Lead to cover NALI Supply Chain Team.


Job Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead the D-Commerce agenda & growth ambition across all NALI countries from SC perspective.


  • Oversee the flawless execution of month 0 sales plan for all D-Commerce customers across Egypt.


  • Drive the S&OP cycle for D-Commerce across Egypt by partnering with CD/Sales.


  • Ensure that demand signals from various dComm consumers are well understood and incorporated into the organizations Supply Chain Planning process.


  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture and deliver key operational requirements.


  • Understand the new technology that is being utilized by Global retailers.


  • Assisting other members of the D-Commerce team in prioritizing work and executing the D-Commerce roadmap with the E2E team, from CD to Logistics.


  • Creating digital solutions for D-Commerce supply chain operational challenges with vendors and customer D-Commerce stakeholders. This includes the following areas:


    • Master Data, EDI, System/Data integration to Customer technology, Customer IT, Vendors, Internal Stakeholders, Work with stakeholders to integrate/manage automatic content uploads into customer technology.


  • Serve as a bridge between the business users and the IT department to gather requirements, review technical solutions and prioritize needs.


  • Applying a proactive approach to all activities. Expect the unexpected.


  • Leading and delivering critical status updates that are shared with leadership.


Job Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Leadership skills – Learn and Be Curious, Ownership, Invent and Simplify, Customer Obsession and Deliver Results with practical real life stories.


  • Proven continuous high performance and experience in digital transformation projects between 4 to 5 years preferably in E commerce environment of FMCG companies or tech start-ups.


  • Alternatively, you may have been running your own digital business and now be looking for opportunities inside a large organization.


  • Digital Processes Savvy and Experienced in process transformation projects with hands-on experience of RPA modelling, Smart chatbots, Business Process Transformation know-how, OT (Factory)-IT integration skills, API tools and/or Data Modelling languages (Python) is a strong plus.


  • Digital Experience – proven track record or experience of building solutions digitally and managing digital performance preferably for supply chain planning, logistics, customer operations, industrial automation areas.


  • Strong Agile Project Management and Design Thinking skills to execute projects on time, in budget and with expected results.


  • Proof of strong decision making, Drive, and Influence is a must.


  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote and global teams.


  • Excellent organization skills and an eye for detail.


  • Strong analytics skills and an ability to create visually appealing insightful reports.
