Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team on rotational shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
• Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.
• Design and implement system changes.
• Enhance internal tools to optimize service industrialization.
• Offer technical guidance for new services and technical analyses.
• Lead efforts to optimize service reliability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical direction during high-risk changes affecting customer SLAs.
• Facilitate product and technical knowledge ramp-up for Tier II Support team.
• Contribute to defining production requirements and meeting contractual SLAs.
• Manage performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize processes.
• Engage in product and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
