Mace have been delivering PMC services on the airport for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeReviewing and commenting on design consultant's design and contractor's design submittals for acceptability, compliance, and incorporation of comments from client/end user/stakeholder. Inspecting permanent works executed by the contractor on site and provide commentary detailing any deficiencies/non-conformance and necessary corrective actions. Reviewing and commenting on consultant's submissions for concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design. Reviewing and commenting on tender documents, bills of quantities, unit rates, cost estimates and participate in tender evaluation. Reviewing and commenting on contractor's shop drawings, RFI and other contractual submittals. Performing and providing technical and commercial review/supports to the client About YouYou have project delivery experience within aviation sector and expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.You have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail, can build lasting client relationships and ability to support strong, motivated teams.
