The role As we expand into the UAE, we're hiring our first Account Executive in the region to lead inbound sales and help shape our growth story in the Middle East.
You’ll take ownership of inbound opportunities from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, converting them into high-value clients through consultative selling and deep product knowledge.
This is a high-impact role for a proactive and client-focused sales professional.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle with the backing of strong enablement, a proven product, and a recognized brand.

You’ll grow your expertise in a fast-scaling SaaS company while driving our expansion in one of the world’s most dynamic M&A activity hubs.
What You Will Do Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers in the assigned territory Help customers solve their complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques Deliver a high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping the sales process compliant Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations) Collect and share the market insights to improve the sales process Deliver the best on-the-market buying experience Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed lost deals to convert them into customers What You Bring 2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment Fluent in English and Arabic (C1-C2 level) Experience selling to clients within the GCC Experience in selling financial products or services would be a significant advantage Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and adaptability in style Self-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems, acting as an expert consultant Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs) Nice to have Experience with outbound sales strategies A track record of suggesting and implementing improvements in sales techniques or negotiation strategies at a team level Our assessment process Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (:45 mins) Language Check (15 mins) Role-play with the Hiring Manager (90 mins) Competency-based Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins) Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins) What we offer We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
