About the Job
Reporting to Head of Business Development, the position will be responsible for the generation of new (to NI) Acquiring business from Enterprises in U.A.E.
This will be a key role in helping Network expand its Market share Annual Revenue Target in 2025: AED 2 M in Net Spread.

Responsibilities

Develop a Sales Plan for Enterprise Accounts
Prospect for and close profitable new (to NI) Enterprise accounts, contracts and deals
Transition new accounts into client management with seamless hand-over
Market Intelligence
Support the overall Business development strategy for Network across all products, including identification of key segments & accounts and definition of customer propositions and key messages.
Developing a healthy sales pipeline
Support the execution of the sales strategy by identifying opportunities for revenue growth in key accounts.
Possess the ability to learn Network’s products and services and be able to present these professionally to potential customers.

Respond to received referrals within agreed timeframes.
Develop appropriate relationships with potential customers with the intention of winning profitable business for Network.
The negotiation of terms with customers which maximises the long-term profitability of Network.
Presenting Network to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, virtual meeting and emails.
Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: this includes lead generation, client pitch; negotiations, closing deal and handover to the account management team.
Individual responsibility for new business, and ability to self manage.
Professional representation of the company and brand internally and externally.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is accurate and up to date.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
Effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over clients.
Ensuring Network remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
Accurately pricing new relationships in line with agreed pricing policy

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Educational
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Professional
At least 5 years of experience in the payments industry within U.A.E.
Proven track record of cross-selling, opening up new business segments.
Proven account/sales management experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Experience of selling complex solutions in the technology industry.
Excellent English language skills, with a second language Hindi , Urdu, Tagalog or Arabic highly desirable.

Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and team working skills.
Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written.
Strong conceptual, planning and directing skills.
Strong cultural awareness and knowledge.
