Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
  • The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's business goals.
  • Also, responsible for increasing revenue growth by acquiring new customers.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:


  • Promoting the company's existing Luxury and exotic service centre brands and introducing new products/services to the market.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Experiment with a variety of channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Aggressive digital marketing to generate quality leads.
  • Contribute for revenue growth of service centre in particular luxury segment.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and sales in similar field.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing tactics in service centre in particular luxury & EV vehicles segment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
