JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and
developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales
plans.
- The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and
the sales and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's business
goals.
- Also, responsible for increasing revenue growth by acquiring new customers.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
- Promoting the company's existing Luxury and exotic service centre brands
and introducing new products/services to the market.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and
drive qualified traffic.
- Experiment with a variety of channels like content creation, content
curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns,
copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling
expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that
attracts and converts our target groups.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
and allocate funds wisely.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans,
understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting
system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns
accordingly.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to
draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and
sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Aggressive digital marketing to generate quality leads.
- Contribute for revenue growth of service centre in particular luxury
segment.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular
visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing
opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities,
conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and
professional networks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration,
or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and sales in similar field.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing tactics in service
centre in particular luxury & EV vehicles segment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net
Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
