Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Frappe applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.Updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Frappe development.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.QualificationsProficient in Frappe/ERPNext framework and Python programming languageExperience in customizing and extending Frappe/ERPNext applications, with a strong portfolio of past projects.Strong understanding of Frappe development with 2+ years of experience.Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with database management systems, particularly MariaDB or MySQL.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldKindly share your experience or provide a link to your GitHub profile showcasing previous Frappe projects
